Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement: By engaging kedam Global services in the area of business solution, pest control, fumigation, cleaning services, and business development training in Ghana, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Price and Payment Terms: The price for our services will be agreed upon before commencement of work and payment will be made in full before or after service delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Service Schedule: Our business solution, pest control, fumigation, cleaning services, and business development training company in Ghana will provide you with an agreed schedule of services. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Health and Safety: We take health and safety seriously and will always abide by the relevant regulations when providing services. We require our clients to provide a safe and clean environment for our team to work in.

6. Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to us by our clients.

7. Liability: We will take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect by providing written notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The laws of Ghana shall govern this agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by us. We will notify you of any changes in writing.
